I'm Nicole Evans, Ph.D., a REALTOR® with Counts Real Estate Group, founder of 3B Drone Solutions, and a business executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership, operations, education, and commercial development. Throughout my career, I've successfully worked at the intersection of strategy, people, construction, and growth, helping organizations turn ideas into reality while leading teams through expansion and change. 

I believe the best decisions begin with understanding. Whether you're buying a home, evaluating a commercial investment, planning a development project, or exploring new opportunities, knowledge, and insight into real estate trends, provides the confidence to move forward. 

My career is centered around empowering people and organizations to grow. Over the past two decades, I have served in executive leadership, operations, education, and commercial development roles, leading multimillion-dollar projects, developing high-performing teams, and helping organizations navigate growth and change. My experience includes overseeing commercial construction projects, coordinating with engineers and contractors, managing complex operations, and collaborating with business leaders to bring projects from concept to completion. 

Today, I merge that extensive experience with my role as a REALTOR® with Counts Real Estate Group and as the founder of 3B Drone Solutions. My background in residential real estate, commercial development, and aerial intelligence solutions allows me to offer clients and readers a broader perspective on property, investment, and community growth in the Emerald Coast development landscape. 

I hold a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, and my passion has always been translating complex topics into practical, actionable information. Whether I'm analyzing market trends, explaining the development process, exploring emerging technology, or assisting clients in navigating a real estate transaction, my goal is to make information accessible and meaningful. 

As an FAA Certified Remote Pilot, I utilize drone technology to provide aerial intelligence for real estate, construction, land development, inspections, and property marketing. Observing a property from above often reveals opportunities and insights that are not visible from the ground level.
